Submission Preparation Checklist

As part of the submission process, authors are required to check off their submission's compliance with all of the following items, and submissions may be returned to authors that do not adhere to these guidelines.
  • The submission has not been previously published, nor is it before another journal for consideration (or an explanation has been provided in Comments to the Editor).
  • The submission files includes 1) Article text, 2) Title page, and 3) Cover Letter. Please submit and make it SEPARATED into different file. All files are in doc. or docx format. Do NOT submit files in rtf or pdf format.
  • The margin text from the left, right, top, bottom are 2.5 cm. The text is single-spaced; uses a 12-point font Palatino Linotype; employs italics, rather than underlining (except with URL addresses); and all illustrations, figures, and tables are placed within the text at the appropriate points, rather than at the end.
  • The text adheres to the stylistic and bibliographic requirements outlined in the Author Guidelines.
  • Where available, URLs for the references have been provided.
  • The manuscript can be submitted in Indonesia and English Language.

Author Guidelines

Parts of the Manuscript

The manuscript should be submitted in separate files: 1) Title page, 2) Main text file, 3) cover letter. Title page and cover letter is uploaded separately as a supplementary file. DO NOT combine main text file with title page nor cover letter.

(1) Title page file:

This must include the following information:

  • Title of the manuscript
  • Running tittle of the manuscript
  • Names of all the authors*, and the institutions with which they are affiliated
  • Corresponding author's details (name, institutions, email, mailing address, telephone)
  • Declaration of Conflicting Interest
  • Funding Statement
  • Authors' Contributions
  • Ethical Consideration (State the complete name of institutions or ethics committee and approval number)
