PEREKAMAN CEPAT ELEKTROKARDIOGRAM ESOPHAGEAL ATRIAL STIMULATION INTEGRATED (EKG EASI) NIRKABEL: A LITERATURE REVIEW

Latar Belakang : Lebih dari setengah miliar orang di seluruh dunia terus terkena penyakit kardiovaskular, yang menyebabkan 20,5 juta kematian pada tahun 2021. Tujuan : Elektrokardiogram (EKG) merupakan pemeriksaan esensial yang digunakan untuk deteksi awal penyakit jantung dan pembuluh darah. Pasien dengan gejala mengarah pada penyakit kardiovaskuler harus dilakukan EKG dalam 10 menit sesampainya di klinik. Metode : Menelaah perkembangan teknologi EKG saat ini untuk dapat melakukan perekaman cepat dan mengaitkan pada penggunaan EKG di bidang klinis di Indonesia. Hasil : Teknologi EKG EASI menciptakan efisiensi perawat dalam melakukan perekaman EKG cepat dengan 4 elektroda. EKG EASI nirkabel banyak dikembangkan untuk meningkatkan transformasi data. Jaringan nirkabel yang adekuat dan cadangan kabel data harus tersedia untuk mengatasi kendala transfer data EKG. EKG konvensional 10 elektroda disimplikasi menjadi EKG EASI 4 elektroda yang keduanya dapat merekam 12 – 22 sadapan EKG. EKG konvensional lebih sensitif. Kesimpulan : Penyempuranaan EKG EASI perlu terus dikembangkan untuk mendapatkan hasil EKG yang akurat.
